Advertise to sell your Greek Island Property.
Advertise with Us is a great and cheap way to sell your property in Greece directly on-line. No commission charged. Reach millions of potential buyers for your home or land on any of the Greek Islands. Your advert will be visible 24 hours a day, for a fee of £50 for a featured advert per annum.
Your advert will feature on our property page and an extra 4 pages as a Click-Thru style advert. You can also send us additional photographs, details and publish an article about your property or the location it is in on our Greek property news / blog page. This will give you extra visibility and links to your page creating greater exposure on the search engines. By sending us a brief description and a maximum of six photographs, your advert will then be added to our site, giving you access to potential purchasers worldwide. Potential purchasers can then either contact you directly, or if you prefer, we can take details of potential buyers and pass this information on to you. This full service costs an extra £50. The choice is yours. Depending on Greek laws your sale could take a few months. Please see our legal section.
This is how it works:
We have two services available;
£50 inc. VAT pays for a featured advert with 6 photographs for one year. This gives you direct contact with potential buyers through your username via e-mail, telephone or post.
£100 inc. VAT pays for a featured advert with 6 photographs for one year. This the full service, contact with potential buyers is made through us and we then contact you with their details. We will act as a 'go-between' for you and your potential buyer.
To update your advert:
It is free to update your advert within the first month of publication. From the second month on onwards, it is free to update the sale price. To update your copy or change photographs a fee of £20 will be charged. You can send us articles for our Greek property news page anytime, without charge. (We reserve the write to edit content before publication if deemed inappropriate by us)
To renew your advert:
£20 inc. VAT is the charge to renew your Direct contact advert per annum with one free update, for the first month.of renewal.
£30 inc VAT is the charge to renew your Full service advert per annum with one free update, for the first month.of renewal.
The next step:
You need to send us your details, your property description and photographs by filling in the form that you will find after you have read the instructions on how to place your advertisement and have accepted the terms and conditions.
Then pay for your advertisement by Credit/Debit card on our secure server or alternatively you can send us a cheque for the full amount.
As soon as we receive confirmation of your payment we will publish your advert on-line within 72 hours.
