Care and maintenance for your property: Skopelos Greece
Once you have bought your dream home on Skopelos, you should enjoy it as much as you can! For most people this means two or three visits a year and lending it to friends and family in between.
Some people want to let out their holiday homes to get some income – if only to help pay for some maintenance.
We can help you with care and maintenance of your property. This is important if you wish to be away from your property for long periods of time or if you are buying a holiday home.
Glossa Houses offer three packages: Meet & Greet, TLC & Rental Service.
Meet & Greet
1. Before you or your guests arrive, we will air and clean the property, turn on the water and electricity, buy groceries and stock the fridge.
2. We will meet you at your arrival port (Glossa/Loutraki or Skopelos) with a taxi or hire car as you wish.
3. At the end of your stay, we will organise transport back to the port and then clean the house, empty the fridge and turn everything off.
TLC
1. Whilst the house is unoccupied, we will check periodically (usually fortnightly) that all is well and advise you of any maintenance needs. We will obtain estimates for whatever needs doing and oversee the work.
2. After severe weather we will check your property within a couple of days and advise of any problems at once.
Rental Service
We will advertise your property on our website, with online booking, and forward payments to you. Rental Service automatically includes Meet & Greet and, optionally, TLC.
