How to build a house in Greece
This is a guide on how to build your Greek Home. This section has information regarding the building codes and restrictions for Skopelos. We also advise on the type of certificates and permits needed to build your house. If you are restoring an old kalivi or house, see our section on renovation. Remember that all the required certificates should be in place before you buy the property.
